- I log into my BeastyBike account.
- I go to the History and details of orders section.
- I select the product(s) I wish to return.
- I indicate the reason for my return in the Return Merchandise field.
- I click on "Request a return".
You will receive, by email, within 24 working hours, a validation from our customer service which will communicate to you all the steps to follow in order to make your return in store.
⚠️ No exchanges can be made in the shop.
Conditions of acceptance of returns in store
- Proof of purchase in paper or digital format must be presented.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.
- The item(s) must be returned without any trace of assembly, wear or use.
- The item(s) must be returned with all accessories and operating instructions.
